Available for online, phone and limited face to face sessions.

Feeling overwhelmed? Out of sorts? Finding it hard to cope? I am here to help you to explore what is going on for you and help you to move forward. The power of being heard in the counselling process is profoundly powerful and can set the foundation for changes to take place where you seek them.

I am an Integrative counsellor which means I have an understanding of multiple therapeutic approaches and techniques, creating flexibility in sessions to suit client needs. I tend to use Person Centred ways of working as it puts the client at the forefront of the sessions as I believe you are the expert of your own life. This approach can fit seamlessly with other disciplines within the therapeutic setting.

I pride myself on being a fully inclusive facility that is able to work with everyone that seeks help.

I work with a wide variety of issues including anxiety, depression, bereavement, relationships, long term illness, panic and self esteem.

My training includes an Advanced Diploma in Psychotherapeutic Counselling (Ad Dip PC) and a Psychology Bsc (Hons) degree. I have also recently done CPD's in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, working with suicide and self harm and awareness of Borderline Personality Disorder.  I also volunteer and help run a counselling team at a Cancer support centre, which enables me to work with people affected by cancer.

The process of counselling can be daunting, but feel assured that I create a safe, non-judgmental and confidential space for exploration of your needs. At the moment with the uncertainty of Covid-19 I am working online via video sessions until September at the earliest. The platforms used are Zoom or Whatsapp as they are end to end encrypted. I also offer phone sessions where video sessions are not an option.

I have therapy rooms in Abingdon, Bicester (unavailable until October at the earliest) and Kingston Bagpuize.

Sessions are available Monday to Friday 10am - 8pm (some flexibility is available) and concessions are limited in availability.

For more information on the services I provide and for a discussion of the process then please contact via email or call to arrange an appointment. I offer a 30 minute free consultation via video call or phone call to assess your needs and ensure I am able to meet them.

Woman Walking in the Field

A synchronised approach to repairing relationships

£40 per person, per 55 min session.

Each partner is paired with their own individual counsellor, so you can both enjoy the benefits of two successful counselling methods. These are combined to create a flexible and powerful approach that can help you to understand, build and repair your relationship with a loved one.

Throughout the process, we will ensure your needs are understood and your voice is heard as we simultaneously work with each partner individually – and eventually together – towards a common goal.

  • Sessions are scheduled together at the same time and location.

  • Sessions usually begin individually, with a view to transitioning into combined sessions when both partners are ready to do so.

  • The individual sessions can allow you to discuss and explore things you may not yet be ready to share with your partner.

  • The combined sessions can help to create the freedom and confidence to raise uncomfortable topics with your partner in a safe space.

  • Benefit from the perspective of two counsellors, who are experienced working together and in a wide variety of situations.

  • The approach and sessions are tailored to your individual and/or collective needs.

I work alongside Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapist Amanda Hudson. You can find a link to her profile below. If you have a preference of counsellor, please let us know.

Sessions are available in Bicester and for this service we offer a free initial consultation.

Contact either myself or Amanda for any further information.
