The power of being heard in the counselling process is profoundly powerful and can set the foundation for changes to take place where you seek them. I work integratively to create a supportive atmosphere enabling your truth to unfold and lead to positive changes in your life. I work with many issues including anxiety, depression, relationships troubles and grief. Integration of techniques allows for sessions to be flexible depending on the issues presented ranging from person centred to cognitive behavioural techniques.

The process of counselling can be daunting, but feel assured that I create a safe, non-judgmental and confidential space for exploration of your choosing. I have therapy rooms in Kingston Bagpuize, Bicester and Abingdon. Sessions can be during the day, in the evenings and at weekends.
My training includes an Advanced Diploma in Psychotherapeutic Counselling (Ad Dip PC) and a
Psychology Bsc (Hons) degree. I also volunteer at a cancer support centre weekly and run courses there with Macmillan.
For more information on the services I provide and for a discussion of the process then please contact via email or call to arrange an appointment.
A synchronised approach to repairing relationships
£50 per person, per 55 min session.
Each partner is paired with their own individual counsellor, so you can both enjoy the benefits of two successful counselling methods. These are combined to create a flexible and powerful approach that can help you to understand, build and repair your relationship with a loved one.
Throughout the process, we will ensure your needs are understood and your voice is heard as we simultaneously work with each partner individually – and eventually together – towards a common goal.
Sessions are scheduled together at the same time and location.
Sessions usually begin individually, with a view to transitioning into combined sessions when both partners are ready to do so.
The individual sessions can allow you to discuss and explore things you may not yet be ready to share with your partner.
The combined sessions can help to create the freedom and confidence to raise uncomfortable topics with your partner in a safe space.
Benefit from the perspective of two counsellors, who are experienced working together and in a wide variety of situations.
The approach and sessions are tailored to your individual and/or collective needs.
I work alongside Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapist Amanda Hudson. You can find a link to her profile below. If you have a preference of counsellor, please let us know.
Sessions are available in Bicester and for this service we offer a free initial consultation.
Contact either myself or Amanda for any further information.
